BOOKING MINIMUM
We have a booking minimum of a bride + 3 people of one type of service (hair or makeup or the monetary equivalent, excluding short hair styling, flower girls, mens and junior bridesmaids) per artist during the months of May through October. There is no booking minimum during the months of November through April and any last minute bookings within 90 days of the event.
ADDITIONAL ARTIST - $120/PER SERVICE
*You can pay for an additional artist if there’s a small window to get ready or depending on the number of services not meeting our booking minimum
EARLY AM FEE - $50/HOUR
(Any wedding requiring a start time at or before 6:00AM. This will be calculated as distance from the studio + an hour buffer + the number of hours before 6:00 AM start time, calculated as per artist)
HOLIDAY WEEKEND - $100/PER ARTIST
(An extra $100 per artist will be added for any events that are considered Memorial Day weekend + July 4th weekend + Labor Day weekend + Thanksgiving weekend + NYE weekend. Weekends are considered Friday through Sunday.)
SIMPLE BOOKING PROCESS:
1. Fill out our inquiry form with all the details of your day and check availability
2. We’ll chat more about logistics via email and you’ll decide if we are the right fit for your day
3. Make it official and sign a contract and pay a $500 nonrefundable retainer that goes towards your wedding total
4. Once this is all done, we will send you an LHNBEAUTY welcome and a wedding timeline starting at 6 months off what to expect leading up to the day

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Alright, how do I book your team for my wedding?
A: In order to book we require two things: a signed and completed contract and a $500 non-refundable retainer to officially put your wedding on our calendar! The retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable and does go towards your wedding day total. Inquiries do not reserve your date, neither does booking only for the “trial before booking”. Due to the demand we are unable to inform clients when other inquiries are made about their event date -so we recommend booking as soon as you can!
Q: Can I book a trial before signing a contract?
A: Yes you may! The cost would be $200 to have a trial before booking with Lisa (makeup only) and $125 to have a trial before booking with the team (hair or makeup). Just keep in mind this does not guarantee us (as a team or the specific artist) being available for your event date.
Q. Do you offer touch-ups for the day?
A: We do offer quick 15 minutes of touch ups at the end of the scheduled services. Otherwise if you’re wanting extended services (like into the ceremony for example) it would be $50/hour per artist with a max of 5 hours. This would be calculated with a 1.5 hour break at the end of the initial morning services to the designated time. The hourly rate includes the application itself, our time, and mileage traveled to the next location for touch-ups. Touch-ups are not look changes, if you are looking for a completely new look then the special events rate would come into play on top of the hourly rate. Touch ups are dependent on artist availability.
Q: I’m not sure if everyone in my party will want hair or makeup, when do you need to know?
A: We would like a confirmed number at the time of booking, this is so we can make sure we set aside the correct number of artists needed for your wedding! However, you do have up to 120 days before the wedding date to make adjustments to the service number count, but keep in mind this will not guarantee we will have artists available (hence you should know confirmed numbers at the time of booking).
Q: Okay, so what happens if I make adjustments to the service number count within 120 days?
A: You may be liable to still pay the full amount of your invoice regardless of how many people decide to get services. If your service number falls below the minimum needed for additional artists (4 service minimum per artist), you will forfeit $150 per artist lost for the adjusted numbers. Please remember that many weekends are booked up at least a year in advance, so when things change last minute it affects the artist’s livelihood.
Q: What other fees should I be aware of?
A: There is a $15 per 15 minutes of delay, if someone is not ready at their given time. If your location requires an overnight stay from us, then be prepared for a hotel cost to be added to the invoice. There will also be a 3% processing fee for all credit card transactions. Other than these, everything we have on our rates page is what you pay.
Q: Is gratuity included in your pricing?
A: No it is not. I’m a firm believer of a tip being reflected from how your service was. If you feel like your artist did an amazing job, please tip them directly!
